First, enable Health Check in the Settings of your Administrator dashboard webpage. Every classroom will then be enabled. For the classrooms that do not need a health check at arrival, disable the feature in using the Classroom edit function in the Classroom list (edit by selecting pencil on far right of screen). Enable or disable health check and click “Update”.

If they elect to toggle to “No”, they will see this screen that allows for notes and photo that will save for admin reporting:
