Personal Information

We consider all information captured using GoPad Secure apps to be a private communication in the Childcare facility or between Providers and Parents. No personal information is shared with any external parties unless a Provider or Parent has approved it.

Personally identifiable information and child updates are sent to parents or providers through emails or text messages. Alternatively parents and providers have to login into the GoPad Secure web application or mobile application in order to update their children or caregiver information. Login into the web or mobile application ensures that only authorized viewers have access to information. However it is the center’s responsibility to monitor authorized individuals.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To send periodic emails, newsletters, and periodic updates

The email address you provide for registration, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to our services.
